Saturday's game with the Bees begins at 6:35 p.m., with the first of two postgame fireworks presentations during the eight-game homestand following the action on the field.
During Saturday's game, a silent auction featuring memorabilia from current and past Sounds, as well as Major League players and coaches will be hosted by the wives of Nashville Sounds players, with proceeds from the event going to Nashville Rescue Mission. A display table, manned by the players' wives, will be set up on the first-base concourse across from the Sounds' pro shop. Bidding will begin at gates open at 5:05 p.m. and end after the conclusion of the seventh inning. Winners will be announced after the eighth inning.
Sunday evening's 6:35 p.m. game will be a Purity Sundae Sunday with $1 ice cream sundaes. Sounds fans will also be encouraged to test drive Ram Trucks prior to the game as part of Bob Frensley Chrysler Jeep Dodge "Ram Trucks Test Drives."
Prior to Sunday's game, members of Ozzie's Kids Club will participate in a special meet-and-greet with Sounds players. Visit the Community section of www.nashvillesounds.com for complete information about the Ozzie's Kids Club program.
The players' wives will be hosting another event on Sunday, a Toy and Wish List Drive to collect items to be donated to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Each fan who brings one or more items from the Wish List will have the chance to enter into a drawing to win a Nashville Sounds team-autographed bat. The drawing will be held after the third inning, but donations will continue to be accepted throughout the game. Gates open at 5:05 p.m.
