
Salituro Scores Twice, But 67's Win Streak Snapped by Petes

The Ottawa 67's saw a two-game road winning streak snapped on Wednesday night during a 6-3 loss to the Petes at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
Dante Salituro scored his second goal of the game - and 11th of the season - early in the third to get Ottawa to within one, but Steven Lorentz beat Leo Lazarev with just over eight minutes left to restore a two-goal lead for the Petes.
Adam Timleck added an empty-netter for the Petes to seal the victory.
Ben Fanjoy opened the game's scoring in the first, but the Petes scored three times before the end of the period to take a 3-1 lead into the first intermission.
Salituro had the only goal of the middle frame.
Leo Lazarev made 32 saves in net for Ottawa.
The 67's return to Ottawa for three days before heading to Peterborough for a Wednesday evening tilt against the Petes on November 18.
The 67's returns to TD Place on Friday, November 27 against the Sarnia Sting.
