St. Paul Saints News Release

ST. PAUL, MN - After sitting through a one-hour, 55-minute rain delay, the St. Paul Saints and Kansas City T-Bones began game two of their series Sunday night at CHS Field. After just an inning-and-a-half, more rain came through the Twin Cities, forcing the game to be halted. Before the rain returned, Josh Allen hit a two-run homer, his 15th of the season, against Henry Owens to give the Saints a 2-0 lead. The two teams will pick up where they left off with the Saints up 2-0 in the bottom of the second. First pitch of the resumed game is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. and is scheduled for nine innings. The regularly scheduled game will follow approximately 25-30 minutes after the conclusion of the suspended game. That game will be a seven-inning affair.

Fans who had tickets to Sunday night's game can exchange their tickets in person at the box office for any regularly scheduled home game for the remainder of the season. The tickets can be exchanged for any ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Fans who have tickets to Monday nights game can get into both the suspended game and the regularly scheduled matchup.

Monday night is Talk about Minnesota Nice Cream night at the ballpark. Thelma's Treats will be giving out coupons for free ice cream to those in attendance. Both games can be heard on KFAN Plus, 96.7 FM and seen on the Saints Cable Network, cable access channels in and around the Twin Cities Metro.
