
Royals and Zephyrs Rained Out Saturday, Doubleheader Monday

OMAHA - The Omaha Royals game vs. New Orleans, scheduled for 7:05 p.m. Saturday, has been postponed due to rain. The Royals and Zephyrs will still play a single game on Sunday, beginning at the regularly scheduled time of 1:35 p.m. The two clubs will play a doubleheader on Monday at 4:05 p.m. to make up for Saturday's rainout.
On Sunday the Royals look to snap a nine-game home losing streak. Omaha LH Jimmy Osting (1-3, 5.01) and New Orleans RH Jared Fernandez (3-2, 3.43) are the scheduled starters. All fans bringing good luck charms to Sunday's game will receive a free box of Lucky Charms cereal, courtesy of No-Frills Supermarkets.
Sunday's game will be broadcast, beginning at 1:15 p.m. and Monday's twin bill will be aired at 3:45 p.m. on Fox Sports Radio 1490 and on the web at www.Oroyals.com.
