
Rox Are In The Playoffs

BROCKTON - Just one night after clinching a playoff berth, the Rox officially know who they will face first in the postseason. Brockton has secured the 3rd seed and will face the New Haven County Cutters, the 2nd seed, in the first round of the Can-Am League Playoffs.
The first round is a best of five series that will open up with the first two games in New Haven starting on Wednesday, September 6th. The Rox will return home to the friendly confines of Campanelli Stadium to host Game 3 of the series on Friday, September 8th at 7:05PM. If necessary, the Rox will also host Game 4 on Saturday, September 9th at 7:05PM and Game 5 on Sunday, September 10th at 5:05PM.
The North Shore Spirit have already clinched the 1st seed and will face the 4th seed in the first round of the playoffs. The 4th seed has yet to be determined as the Quebec Capitales and the New Jersey Jackals are still in contention. The Rox will finish out the regular season against the Jackals on Sunday, September 3rd for Family Funday, courtesy of the Bugaboo Creek Steak House and on Monday, September 4th for a Labor Day Matinee and Fan Appreciation Day.
