Round Rock concludes its season-opening, eight-game road trip with the finale of a four-game series against the Omaha Storm Chasers (Kansas City Royals). First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. CDT at Werner Park in Papillion, Neb. This is the fourth of 16 meetings between the two teams this season. The Express have lost four straight, while the Storm Chasers have won five straight.

Omaha has won each of the series' first three games, including two in last-at-bat fashion. The Storm Chasers won Monday's series opener 6-3 thanks to a three-run seventh inning. Omaha followed that with a 9-8 victory in 16 innings Tuesday afternoon, the longest game in Express history both in terms of innings and time of game (5:24). The Chasers won last night 6-5, rallying for three run in the bottom of the ninth. Round Rock hosts Omaha in this season's fourth series next week. The teams meet again June 7-10 at Omaha and July 20-23 at The Dell Diamond. ... SERIES"ËNOTES: Omaha's Robinsons (Clint and Derrick) have combined to go 12-for-26 (.462) in the series. Anthony Seratelli is 5-for-10 (.500). The rest of the team is hitting .242 (22-for-91) against Express pitching. ... Luis Martinez was 4-for-4, producing Round Rock's second four-hit game in as many days. Martinez was 1-for-13 on the season before last night's game. ... The loss was Round Rock's fourth straight, matching last season's longest skid. Coincidentally, that four-game slump involved Omaha, as well.
