Calgary Roughnecks News Release

Calgary, AB - Fans of the Calgary Roughnecks will be able to see how Tracey Kelusky, Kaleb Toth, Lewis Ratcliff and the rest of their Roughneck heroes prepare on the eve of a big game.

Saturday night the Riggers host the Arizona Sting in the National Lacrosse League's West Division semi-final at 7:30 pm at the Saddledome.

But, Friday night, 24 hours earlier, the team's practice at the Murray Arena in Okotoks from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. will be open to the general public.

"This is a great opportunity for us to allow more lacrosse fans in the Calgary area to get up close and personal with the guys," said Roughnecks' General Manager, Kurt Silcott.

"Normally we practice north of the city at the Soccer Centre West, but we seized the opportunity to train in Okotoks so that our friends and supporters in the south have an opportunity to come out and see their favourite players."

After the practice, the team will have an informal meet and greet session in the Arena and fans of all ages will be able to get autographs from the players.

The Murray Arena is located at 99 Okotoks Drive, Okotoks.
