Rose Named Attacker of the Week

The Owen Sound Attack has named overage defenseman Brayden Rose the Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week for the week ending Sunday, November 17th.

Rose, a veteran defender has been stellar since returning from suspension on November 10th in North Bay. In three games last weekend, Rose had a goal and three assists in three games last weekend.

The fourth year blue liner had an assist in the Attack's 6-1 win in Peterborough on Thursday night to go along with his +1 rating. On Friday night, Rose added another assist to his totals to go along with a fighting major and an even rating in a 2-1 SO loss to the Rangers.

The gritty rearguard saved his best performance for the end on Saturday night as he tallied and goal and an assist en route to being named the games 2nd star in a 4-2 (ENG) loss to the Oshawa Generals.

Rose now has a goal and seven assists in fourteen games played this season.

The Attack is back in action at home this Saturday when Cameron Brace and the Belleville Bulls ride into the Bayshore for a date with the Attack. Tickets are on sale at the Attack Box Office, online at www.attackhockey.com or by calling (519) 371-7452. Game time on Saturday is 7:30pm.
