RAMAPO, New York - The Rockland Boulders baseball team will be opening up America's best new ballpark, Provident Bank Park, on June 16 at 7:30 p.m. in a matchup with the Brockton Rox in Can-Am League action. With a sellout anticipated, fans are encouraged to arrive early.
Parking lots will open at 4:00. There will be a $5.00 fee to park at Provident Bank Park. Once the main parking lots are full, fans will be directed to our alternative parking locations. Alternative parking will be located at Eugene Levy Park, Herb Reisman Sports Complex, and the American Legion on Station Road. Shuttles will be running to and from the alternative parking locations and Provident Bank Park. Alternative parking and shuttles will be free of charge. Fans are also encouraged to carpool to the game.
"Please arrive early," said Boulders President Ken Lehner. "Please be patient as it is not only opening night, but the first game ever at Provident Bank Park. We also ask that you respect the local authorities as they prepare their duties for the first time under these circumstances."
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony outside of the gates at 5:30 p.m. Gates will open shortly after the ribbon has been cut. First pitch is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
