Calgary, AB - Cam Woods scored the overtime winner as the Toronto Rock edged the Calgary Roughnecks 14-13 Saturday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Curtis Dickson led the Roughnecks with six points (3g, 3a) while Shawn Evans netted two goals and added three assists for Calgary.

Rock forwards Josh Sanderson (3g, 6a) and Garnett Billings (3g, 4a) each scored a hat-trick in the win.

Both Mike Poulin and Nick Rose stood between the pipes for Calgary. Poulin stopped 19 of 27 shots while Rose made 11 saves. Geoff Snider led the team with 16 loose balls and won 24 of 28 face-offs.

Rock goaltender Matt Roik replaced Pat Campbell early in the first quarter after Campbell received a game misconduct less than four minutes into the contest. Roik made 32 saves for Toronto.

The Roughnecks, now 2-2 on the season, visit the Washington Stealth Friday, February 10 and host the Edmonton Rush Saturday, February 18. The four-game season series between the Roughnecks and the Rush will be broadcast live on Sportsnet.
