CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Riverstone Logistics today announced the expansion of its "Hits for Hope" partnership with the Charlotte Knights, deepening a program that has already generated more than $68,000 for children in foster care across the Carolinas.

Now in its third season, Hits for Hope converts every base hit at Truist Field into a direct financial contribution to organizations serving children and families in the foster care system. The program began as a partnership between Riverstone Logistics and the Charlotte Knights benefiting Congregations for Kids (CFK), the Charlotte-based nonprofit that helped inspire the initiative and remains a supported partner today.

This season, Riverstone Logistics is expanding the program through a new partnership with the Riverstone Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Together, they will fund a broader network of nonprofit partners working on the front lines of foster care and child advocacy, so that every hit at Truist Field goes further than ever before.

"The response to this partnership has been incredible," said Nicole Taylor, Chief Community Officer of Riverstone Logistics. "What started as a simple way to connect baseball with giving back has grown into something much bigger. By expanding this effort through the Riverstone Foundation, we are able to support more organizations and ultimately help more children who need stability, advocacy, and hope."

For fans in the stands, the experience is simple: every hit on the field means something real for a child in the Carolinas. For the organizations on the receiving end, it means sustained, community-backed support from a platform with the reach to make a lasting difference.

"The Charlotte Knights are thrilled to grow our 'Hits for Hope' partnership with Riverstone Logistics," said Charlotte Knights Executive Vice President and COO Dan Rajkowski. "This program has always been about using the energy of baseball to do something meaningful in our community. The Riverstone Foundation takes that commitment further than we ever could alone, and we look forward to every hit this season carrying that purpose."
