JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp have come up with another way of providing Affordable Family Fun to Crustacean Nation. The club is unveiling its brand-new Jax Ballpark Pass, which includes a General Admission Grass Berm ticket to all home games for the 2026 season for just $99, or a family pass with four tickets per game for just $199.
The specially-priced Jax Ballpark Pass allows fans to book up to four games at a time with the ability to upgrade their tickets for an additional cost. Fans can purchase their individual Jax Ballpark Pass ($99) or family Jax Ballpark Pass ($199) via this FanRally link.

What is FanRally? FanRally is a fan-friendly ticket integrator that makes redeeming access passes as easy as possible!
Is this a season ticket? No. The Pass is not a season ticket. A season ticket grants you a guaranteed seat to each of the Jumbo Shrimp regualr season home games. The Jax Ballpark Pass gives you opportunity to book a ticket in an eligible section to 2026 home games, pending availability, up to four (4) games at a time.
How do I claim my tickets? Tickets can be claimed at any point on your Jumbo Shrimp FanRally account
I can't find my tickets? Ticket barcodes will populate in your Jumbo Shrimp FanRally account four hours prior to the game's scheduled start time.
Can I share my tickets with family or friends? You can! You will have to redeem the access passes for tickets before you can forward tickets via email or text message.
Where are my seats? The Jax Ballpark Pass gets holders the ability to book tickets in eligible sections for each the Jumbo Shrimp 2026 regular season home games at no additional charge after the initial cost of the pass.
Can I release tickets after I redeemed my access pass for a ticket? Yes, you can release tickets back to open up one of your game slots so you can book a different game!
If I do not use all of my access passes, can I get a refund or a credit for next season? No. If any access passes go unused, they will not be refunded, nor will credit be applied to next season.
What if I want Traditional Season Tickets? Traditional Season tickets can be purchased by emailing the Jumbo Shrimp front office at Peter@jaxshrimp.com, or by calling the Jumbo Shrimp at (904) 358-2846.
What is the Jax Ballpark Pass? The Jax Ballpark Pass provides access to all 2026 regular season home games in select sections at VyStar Ballpark. This is a one-time cost for the entire season, not a monthly fee.
Is there an additional cost to book the tickets? No! There is no additional cost to book your tickets in eligible sections. There will be additional costs to upgrade your tickets to upgrade-eligible sections.
