
Rivermen, Brewers Distributing to Host the Second Bud Light Night Out with the Rivermen

Peoria, Ill. (December 7, 2004) â President Bart Rogers of the Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL announced today that the team, in association with Brewers Distributing, will host the second of five Bud Light Nights Out with the Rivermen Wednesday, December 8 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at Hammer's (103 Roosevelt Street) in Bartonville, Ill.
Rivermen Captain Trevor Baker, reigning two-time Team MVP Tyler Rennette, rookie right wing Travis Rycroft, second-year defenseman Warren Toews, fourth-year tough man David Kaczowka and fourth-year defenseman Ed Hill will appear.
Each of the remaining months of the season, the Rivermen and Bud Light will team up with a local bar or restaurant to bring fans out on an early-in-the-week night. Selected Rivermen players will be available for autographs and will be on hand each night to be challenged in Bubble Boy Hockey. There will be special Bud Light beer specials all night long as part of the promotion.
The three other Bud Light Tuesday Nights Out with the Rivermen are: January 18, 2005; February 8; and March 1.
The Peoria Rivermen are a proud affiliate of the NHL's St. Louis Blues and a member of the ECHL â The Premier "AA" Hockey League. It is the first of two Church Nights this season. There will be a post-game, double-bill Christian concert, featuring ZOEgirl and Three63. It is presented by the Berean Bookstore. And it is O'Brien Automotive Team Night. O'Brien Automotive Team vehicles will be displayed on the concourse outside Section 6 throughout the game.
