RiverKings Open Playoff Trail Tonight In Missouri

INDEPENDENCE, MO --- The Mississippi RiverKings of the Central Hockey League (CHL) are set to open the CHL post-season playoffs tonight in Missouri. The RiverKings take on the Mavericks in game one of the first round best-of-three series in the CHL Northern Conference playoffs. Game time tonight is 7:05 PM.

The schedule for the series is as follows:

Tonight at Missouri (7:05 PM)

Wednesday, March 24th at Mississippi (7:05 PM)

*Thursday, March 25th at Mississippi (7:05 PM)

Broadcast coverage for this series will be on Sports 56, WHBQ-AM tonight and Wednesday night. If a game three is needed, it will be heard on WIVG-FM "The Pig," 96.1 FM. All games in the playoffs will also be available on CHL-TV on your computer. Media Coordinator Bob Bakken provides the play-by-play on radio and CHL-TV, with pre-game coverage starting at 6:50 PM.

Playoff ticket packages for the RiverKings' Run for the Ray Miron President's Cup are still on sale, assuring you of the same seats for every home playoff game and applying any unused tickets toward season tickets for next season.

Fans can pick up their ticket packages at the RiverKings offices in the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven during office hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
