Riverhounds Announce 2015 Summer "Training-Only" Academy Program

PITTSBURGH (June 26, 2015) - The Pittsburgh Riverhounds are pleased to announce details of The Riverhounds Academy's 2015 Summer "Training-Only" program aimed at all young players in the Western Pennsylvania area regardless of club affiliation.
This concentrated curriculum includes six weekly sessions featuring 60 minutes of intense skill-focused work and 30 minutes of speed and agility training.*
Current and former Riverhounds players will lead the sessions by demonstrating soccer and athletic movements while inspiring participants to enhance their abilities.
The Training-Only Academy offers year-round support to players looking to improve their individual skill levels and better prepare themselves for their respective in-house, travel or classic level teams.

*Players aged Under-7 and younger in our Futures Group will not undergo speed and agility training.
Where: Highmark Stadium
When: Week commencing July 6 for six consecutive weeks. Click HERE to open attachment with a complete list of dates and times for each age group.
Cost:
$195 for players in the Futures Group
$285 for all other training groups
Futures Group Details:
For players in the Under-5 to U-7 age range
A player only needs to register for one of the two groups
Futures Groups will be filled on a first come, first served basis
Players aged six prior to Aug. 1, 2015 fall into the U-7 bracket
Players aged seven prior to Aug. 1, 2015 fall into U-8
Other Training Group Details:
Groups will be filled on a first come, first served basis and will be capped at 30 participants
Players aged seven prior to Aug. 1, 2015 fall into the U-8 bracket
Players aged nine prior to Aug. 1, 2015 fall into U-10
