
LA Galaxy II Face Tulsa Roughnecks FC Saturday on the Road

CARSON, Calif. (Friday, June 26, 2015) - LA Galaxy II (8-5-1, 25 points) will travel for a road match Saturday, June 27 at 5:30 p.m. PT against Tulsa Roughnecks FC at ONEOK Field. The match will be streamed live on www.lagalaxy.com.
The match will mark the second time the Galaxy have faced Tulsa this season, with the first game ending in a 2-0 victory for Galaxy II at StubHub Center behind goals from Ariel Lassiter and Jack McBean.
Led by head coach David Irving, Tulsa Roughnecks FC are in their first-ever season of USL play and have gone 4-7-3 with 15 points on the year. The team is led in goals by Gibson Bardsley, who has scored three on the season, with Lucas Codeiro notching two goals and four assists in 12 appearances.
Los Dos are coming off of a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Orange County Blues FC Friday night at StubHub Center behind goals from defender Dave Romney, forward Travis Bowen and forward Ariel Lassiter. Lassiter currently leads the team with six goals this season while midfielder Raul Mendiola has a USL-high eight assists. Galaxy II have won eight of their last 10 USL matches, enough to propel them to within three points of first place in the Western Conference standings.
Following the match against Tulsa, Los Dos will return to StubHub Center for a match against OKC Energy FC on Sunday, July 5 at 5 p.m. PT.
All LA Galaxy II matches will be streamed live on www.lagalaxy.com with the majority of home matches broadcast by Time Warner Cable lead announcer Joe Tutino along with Ralph Perez.
