LOVES PARK, Ill. - One of the top winners in Frontier League history is coming back to the Rockford RiverHawks.
The RiverHawks announced on Sunday that they have re-signed pitcher Brett Scarpetta. Scarpetta, 26, led the team in wins last year and is fifth on the Frontier League's all-time win list.
