SAUGET, Ill. - The Rockford RiverHawks' game Friday at Gateway was rained out.
The game was scheduled to be the opener of a season-ending, three-game series at GCS Ballpark. It has been rescheduled as the front end of a day-night doubleheader on Saturday. The makeup has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. The nightcap will be played as originally scheduled at 7:05 p.m.
The RiverHawks are members of the Frontier League, an independent professional baseball league in its 20th season. Games are broadcast on WNTA-FM (100.5) Advertising and ticket information is available by calling (815) 885-2255. Fans can also visit www.rockfordriverhawks.com.
