
Riders Set For Fan Day

It's an event not to be missed. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are proudly presenting their annual "Play it Safe" Day on Saturday. Rider players and coaches, Gainer the Gopher and the 620 CKRM Rider Cheerleaders will all be on hand for pictures, autographs, and games. The Saskatchewan Roughrider Pep Band will also be on-site.
Fans are invited to the barbeque which gets started at 9:30 am on the bricks on the west side of the stadium. Gates will open at 10 am and fans can make their way into the stands to watch the Roughriders hit the field for a light workout at 10:30 am. After the conclusion of the workout, the team will be introduced to the crowd and the public autograph session will follow (11:30 am - 12:30 pm). The Roughriders are encouraging everyone to come early as a limited amount of posters and giveaways will be available.
