RHP Bisenius Heads to Harrisburg

The Washington organization announced three roster moves this morning. RHP Joe Bisenius has been sent to AA Harrisburg, IF Will Ortiz has been placed on the DL retroactive to June 21st and the P-Nats received IF Josh Johnson from Harrisburg. Johnson was previously in the Carolina League with Wilmington while he was with the Kansas City Organization.
