Today's Game: Kris Medlen and the Aces look to shake off four consecutive losses against Fresno in game two of a four-game series. Reno will face the right-hander Rogelio Armenteros. Armenteros went 8-1 last season with Fresno and posted an ERA of 2.16.

Two Clubs, One Team: CO Springs Switchbacks FC travels to Greater Nevada Field tonight to take on the soccer team located in the Biggest Little City. The two teams who call Greater Nevada Field their home have won on the same day six times (5/20, 6/7, 6/24, 7/30, 8/19 and 8/26. 1868 FC kicks off tonight at 6:45 p.m.

Fresno Problems: The Aces have lost four consecutive games (three at home, one on the road) to the Fresno Grizzlies. After winning back-to-back games on April 5 and April 6, Fresno has outscored the Aces 42-23 in their last four matchups. Last season, Reno outscored Fresno 101-93 in 17 meetings.

Upper Decker: Cody Decker blasted his 4th home run of the season in the 7th inning tonight. Last season, Decker didn't hit his fourth home run of the season until May 20 with the Double-A Bowie Baysox. The UCLA alum has 192 career MiLB home runs and 86 in his Pacific Coast League career.

Veteran on the Bump: Kris Medlen will get the nod for Greg Gross and the Aces tonight. The veteran right-hander is making his 40th career appearance at the Triple-A level and 317th of his career. Medlen won 15 games for the Atlanta Braves in 2013 and has a MLB record of 41-25.

Early and Often: Jack Reinheimer launched a solo home run in the top of the 6th inning Wednesday afternoon in Sacramento. Reinheimer has eight career home runs for the Aces, seven of which have come before June 1. The lone home run to come after June 1 was on 6/11/16 vs. Tacoma.
