
Relive Rockford's game seven win on DVD

Rockford, Ill.- Rockford IceHogs fans now have an opportunity to relive the club's most historic game. Game 7 from the IceHogs 2007 Colonial Cup Finals can now be purchased on DVD at the IceHogs office. Fans can relive all the excitement that surrounded Rockford's first ever professional hockey championship.
The Game 7 DVD is $20 and features a center-ice camera view with the play-by-play commentating of Mike Peck and Tim Mattila. The DVD also features a postseason montage capturing all the exciting highlights from the IceHogs championship run. Copies can be purchased at the IceHogs Corporate Office located at 202 West State, Ste. 101 in downtown Rockford and at IceHogs home game at the Rockford MetroCentre beginning on Friday, Nov. 2.
Rockford's historic Game 7 win came on Thursday, May 24 in front of a packed house at the MetroCentre. In dramatic fashion, the IceHogs topped the Kalamazoo Wings 3-1 to clinch its first ever championship crown. The game was not only the final United Hockey League game played by the IceHogs, but the final ever UHL game played.
Also, IceHogs fans can catch Friday night's IceHogs-Chicago Wolves game live on 104.9 FM, WXRX. Catch all the play-by-play action beginning at 7 p.m. with the pre-game show with Peck and Mattila. The puck drops at 7:30 p.m. The move to WXRX was made to accommodate high school football on the IceHogs flagship radio station 1330-AM, WNTA.
Tonight's game will still be streamed live on the web at www.wxrx.com and fans can watch on web through the B2 Networks.
