Release: Berks Enduring Freedom To Collect Items For Soldiers at Veterans Day Game

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL today announced that the organization will host a Veterans Day Celebration presented by Deibler Dental on Sunday, November 8, 2009, when the Royals take on the South Carolina Stingrays at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pennsylvania (5:05 pm). Consistent with the Veterans Day theme, Deibler Dental will distribute pocket-sized U.S. Constitutions to the first 2,500 fans in attendance that day. Also, Berks Enduring Freedom, a local not-for-profit organization that collects items of need for our soldiers overseas, will be present at the game collecting items for future distributions and monetary donations to facilitate the distribution of these items. The Royals kick off a five game home stand on Thursday night (7:05 pm) when the Toledo Walleye visit the Sovereign Center for the first time in team history. Thursday is a WAWA Weekday, and fans can pick up a coupon to get $5.00 a game night ticket at any local WAWA. As always with a WAWA Weekday, hotdogs, popcorn, nachos and soda are just $1.00. Also, that night is a Thirsty Thursday with Coors Light Draft just $2.00.
