Jackals Receive Dansereau, Svendsen Recalled

The Elmira Jackals announced today that they have been assigned forward Keegan Dansereau by their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, and that the Senators have recalled forward Brandon Svendsen from the Jackals.

Dansereau led the Swift Current Broncos (WHL) last season in goals, assists and points with 37-44-81, eclipsing his previous career scoring high by 22 points. In nine games with Binghamton this season, Dansereau has a goal and two assists.

In five games with the Jackals this season, Svendsen has three goals and an assist, including the first of three third-period goals for the Jackals this past Sunday en route to a 4-3 win at Wheeling.

The Jackals will attempt to sell out their third straight game since joining the ECHL in 2007-2008 when they host the Cincinnati Cyclones on Friday, October 30 at 7:35 PM. Poster schedules will be provided by Corning, Inc. On Saturday, October 31 the Jackals will host the Trenton Devils, and fans are invited to trick or treat at First Arena. Fans in attendance will receive glow sticks from Party Time.
