
Cyclones Sign Forward Bryan Marshall, Make Moves For Weekend

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, announced this afternoon they have signed forward Bryan Marshall and made additional roster moves heading into the weekend.
Marshall, 26, is in his second professional season and went to training camp with Kalamazoo (ECHL) before arriving in Cincinnati. His rookie season was spent with Lake Erie (AHL), where Bryan saw action in 50 games and had six goals and eight assists for 14 points. He also played one game with Johnstown (ECHL) and had a pair of assists.
The six-foot, 170 pound native of Livonia, MI, played four seasons at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. At UNO, Marshall played in 147 games and collected 49 goals and 101 assists for 150 points. He notched 43 points (13-30-43) during his senior year to finish fifth in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's (CCHA) scoring race. Bryan was also selected to the Second-Team All-CCHA squad. He is the second-leading scorer in Mavericks hockey history.
In other Cyclones news, center Barret Ehgoetz has been placed on the three-day injured list, defenseman Dwayne Zinger has been transferred to the seven-day injured list, while defenseman Jamie Coghlan and forward Mark Voakes have been assigned to the 21-day injured list.
The Cyclones head to Elmira for a showdown with the unbeaten Jackals (5-0-0) on Friday night (Oct. 30). The game is at 7:30pm and 1530 Homer - The Sports Animal will have the pregame at 7pm.

The club returns to U.S. Bank Arena on Thursday, November 5 against Johnstown at 7:30pm.
