Reiss Knehr Named Pitcher of the Week

San Diego Padres pitcher Reiss Knehr has been named Triple-A West Pitcher of the Week for the week of July 26-August 1. Knehr threw six shutout innings in the El Paso Chihuahuas' 1-0 win over the Albuquerque Isotopes on July 26 and was recalled by San Diego on July 31. Knehr is the third Chihuahuas player to win a weekly award in 2021, joining Patrick Kivlehan (June 21-27) and Daniel Camarena (June 7-13).
