ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign (33-13-2-3), back-to-back Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings and Winnipeg Jets, earned their first win of this five-game series 4-2 over the Alaska Aces (32-13-2-1) before a home crowd of 8,492 on Sunday evening.

Ontario jumped to a 3-1 lead at 7:01 with a wraparound goal from Maxim Kitsyn. Mario Lamoureux has the lone helper. Moments later, Matt White and Cameron Burt set Gron up for his second goal and third point of the game with a backhanded shot that beat Kangas stickside at 7:30.
A slapshot off the stick of Turner Elson from the right circle found its way past Jussi Olkinuora at 5:02 for the final goal of the game leaving the score in favor of the Reign, 4-2.
Olkinuora earned the win with 29 saves; Kangas took the loss with 18 saves.
