North Charleston, SC - The Florida Everblades will look to end a three-game trip through South Carolina on a high note Sunday at 3:00pm when they pay a visit to the North Charleston Coliseum to tangle with the South Division-leading South Carolina Stingrays.
Able to pick up a point in a 2-1 shootout defeat Saturday at Greenville, the Blades offense will look to get back on track after managing just three total goals in the last two games after scoring at least three times in each of their previous seven games.
All three goals on the weekend for Florida on the weekend belong to the line of Trevor Bruess, Brandon MacLean and Kyle Bonis, which has combined for 13 goals and 19 assists in their last nine contests.
South Carolina has been idle since a 2-1 loss at Orlando on Thursday. The Rays enter Sunday on a season-high four-game losing streak; the division leaders have only had one other instance of losing consecutive games all season.
Jeff Jakaitis continues to be a difference-maker in net for the Stingrays, leading the ECHL in GAA (1.87), SV% (.934) and wins (23).
Sunday's road trip finale will be broadcast live online at FloridaEverblades.com and on the Everblades' app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, with a video webcast available through America ONE, the official broadband and mobile broadcaster of the ECHL, at www.americaonesports.com. Pregame coverage will get under way at 2:50pm.
