Tonight's Game-- The RedHawks will look to avoid losing three straight for the first time this season while snapping the Isotopes' six-game winning streak. Dallas Keuchel looks to go to 4-0 in four starts and continue his home scoreless streak.

Yesterday-- Albuquerque won its sixth straight game in a wild 11-10 contest that took 14 innings and over five hours to complete. The RedHawks opened a 4-0 lead through three innings, but the Isotopes put up six runs in the fourth, including a grand slam by Josh Bard. After the RedHawks gained a 7-6 lead in the seventh, Albuquerque responded with a four-run frame to make it 10-7. In the bottom of the inning, Carlos Corporan hit a three-run homer to knot the game at 10 runs apiece. Both offenses stalled until the 14th, when the Isotopes broke through for a run on an infield RBI single by Tim Federowicz. Albuquerque reliever Josh Wall (1-0) tossed two scoreless innings to earn the win, and Brent Leach worked around a leadoff single in the 14th to earn his first save. Sergio Perez (1-1) took the loss for the RedHawks.

Tonight's Probable Pitchers-- Dallas Keuchel looks to remain perfect in 2012 after earning wins in each of his first three starts...The lefty currently ranks third in the PCL in ERA (0.90), second in WHIP (0.70), fourth in opponent batting average (.169), and first in fewest baserunners per nine innings (6.3)...In his two previous home starts, Keuchel has not allowed a run over 13 innings, and going back to last season, he now owns a 15-inning scoreless streak at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark...Keuchel was named the first PCL Pitcher of the Week for the 2012 season...Will Savage will make his first start of the season, but he has been an important part of the Isotopes' bullpen...In five relief appearances, Savage is 3-0 with a 2.13 ERA and has limited opponents to a .225 average, including an .091 mark with runners in scoring position...Savage attended the University of Oklahoma and now resides in Oklahoma City...He signed with the Dodgers as a free agent in January, 2010.

Not Something You See Every Day-- Yesterday's wild game featured a combined 21 runs, 36 hits, five errors, and 37 runners left on base. Albuquerque still won despite issuing 12 walks. Each team had two players record four hits and eight players total had a multi-hit game. Fourteen pitchers made an appearance, and only one position player on each team was available by the time the game ended. The quirkiest thing to happen, though, was each team used a pitcher as a pinch-hitter, and each one collected a hit.

Marathon Men-- Yesterday's game was the longest in both time and innings since the RedHawks played a 16-inning contest May 21, 2011 in Sacramento that took 5:03 to complete. It's the first game to last at least 14 innings at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark since May 13, 2010, also against Sacramento. Incomplete historical records make it hard to determine the last time a home game took at least five hours to complete, but there is definitive evidence that one has not occurred since 2004 at the very least.

Close Calls-- Despite the unusual nature of yesterday's game, it was still a one-run loss for the RedHawks. Four of the team's six losses have been by just one run, and five of the six losses have been by a total of six runs.

Bixler's Big Addition-- After getting optioned to the RedHawks from Houston, Brian Bixler has been red hot at the plate. Bixler has hit safely in each of his first nine games, going 20-for-40 and reaching base in 25 of his first 43 plate appearances. Despite playing in just half of the team's total games, he leads the team with 20 hits and six stolen bases. In addition to the hot bat, Bixler has provided versatility, making starts at five different positions (2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF).

Moore Offense-- Among qualifying players, Scott Moore is fifth in the PCL in batting average (.378), first in on-base percentage (.540), and leads the RedHawks in slugging percentage (.703). He's also been perfect in the field in 44 total chances.

Paredes Heating Up-- Jimmy Paredes has collected four multi-hit games and is hitting .423 (11-for-26) over his last six games. All five of his extra-base hits and five of his six RBIs for the year have occurred during this stretch.

Notable Streaks-- Brian Bixler has the longest active hitting streak on the team at nine games. Carlos Corporan has hit safely in six straight. J.B. Shuck's five-game hitting streak ended yesterday after going 0-for-5.

Fields Returns to Oklahoma-- Albuquerque third baseman and Stillwater native Josh Fields is back in his home state. Fields was a two-sport standout at Oklahoma State, excelling in both baseball and football. As the Cowboys quarterback, he led OSU to a pair of wins over Oklahoma and set a Cotton Bowl record with 307 passing yards against Ole Miss in 2004. He was the 18th overall pick in 2004 draft by the Chicago White Sox, and in 237 career Major League games, Fields has hit .234 with 34 homers and 107 RBIs.

Against the Isotopes-- Last season the RedHawks went 9-7 against Albuquerque...It was an offensive series, as each team averaged over five runs per game, with the Isotopes outscoring the RedHawks 88-82...In the eight games in Bricktown, each team won four...Next series is a four-game set starting a week from today in Albuquerque.
