Oklahoma City, Okla. - Elian Herrera hit a two-run home run in the eighth inning that led the Albuquerque Isotopes (11-8) to a 3-2 victory over the Oklahoma City RedHawks (12-7), the Isotopes seventh straight win, before 2,613 Monday night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

Albuquerque starter and former Oklahoma Sooners pitcher Will Savage (4-0) allowed two runs and five hits in six innings for the winning decision. Oklahoma City starter and Tulsa native Dallas Keuchel (3-1) suffered his first losing decision, giving up three runs on seven hits in seven innings. Scott Rice (4) saved the game with a one-hit ninth inning.

The Isotopes opened the scoring in the second inning when Jeff Baisley tripled and scored on a Tim Federowicz double for a 1-0 game.

Oklahoma City countered with a pair of runs in the bottom of the inning. With two out, Brett Wallace belted an opposite field solo home run for a 1-1 tie. Jimmy Paredes next reached on an infield single and scored from first on a Landon Powell double for a 2-1 RedHawks lead.

Albuquerque took the lead for good in the seventh inning. Federowicz led off with a single, moved to second on a sacrifice and to third on a groundout before Elian Herrera hit his first home run of the season and put the Isotopes ahead 3-2.
