RedHawks Look for Series Win-- The Oklahoma City RedHawks continue a nine-game stretch against the Iowa Cubs with a 7:05 p.m. CT start in game three of a four-game series at Principal Park...The RedHawks are 6-3 against the Iowa Cubs in 2011, including a 3-3 record at Principal Park...Following the four-game series in Des Moines, the RedHawks and Cubs shift back to RedHawks Field at Bricktown for a five-game series starting Wednesday...The RedHawks are looking for back-to-back series wins for the first time in 2011, as they come off a 3-1 series win over Reno...OKC has improved in the second half, improving to a 30-27 record, including a 21-17 record since the All-Star Break...Oklahoma City enter Sunday in fourth place in the American Southern division, 17.0 games behind first place Round Rock...The Iowa Cubs are fourth place in the Pacific Northern Division, 13.5 games behind first place Omaha...

Tonight's Probable Pitchers-- RedHawks starter Lucas Harrell (7GS, 4-1, 2.17, 16BB, 27SO) returns to the site of his Astros organizational debut for his eighth start in the Astros organization...Houston claimed Harrell on waivers from the White Sox on July 9 and he made his RedHawks debut on July 17 at Iowa (5.0, 5H, 0R)...Harrell is coming off back-to-back winning decisions, giving up two runs in seven innings on August 12 vs. Colorado Springs and posting seven shutout frames with two hits on August 17 vs. Reno...Cubs starter Austin Bibens-Dirkx (21G, 14GS, 3-5, 7.40, 29BB, 63SO) makes his second consecutive start in Triple-A, giving up six runs in 4.2 innings at Salt Lake on August 17...Bibens-Dirkx started the season with Iowa, but was reassigned to Double-A Tennessee for five starts (2-2, 5.40)...The RedHawks sent Bibens-Dirkx to a losing decision on July 4 at RedHawks Field at Bricktown, scoring three runs on five hits in six innings against the right-hander...

Last Game: August 21 - OKC RedHawks 4, Iowa Cubs 0-- J.A. Happ dealt seven shutout innings and combined with Fernando Abad on a one-hit shutout leading the RedHawks to a 4-0 win over the Iowa Cubs before 7,084 Sunday afternoon at Principal Park...Happ (1-0) allowed only a first inning double and three walks with six strikeouts in seven innings for the win...Jay Jackson (7-13) allowed two runs and seven hits in six innings in the loss...The RedHawks opened the scoring in the sixth inning on a squeeze bunt single from Jose Vallejo...The RedHawks added another sixth inning run wiht a Durango single and scored single runs in the seventh inning (Schafer on a wild pitch) and eighth innings (Wallace sac fly)...

Hernandez Streak Continues-- Anderson Hernandez increased his hitting streak to 19 games with a second inning single to right field, Oklahoma City's longest hitting streak in 2011...10 of the 19 games have been multi-hit games, and Hernandez has posted a .410 (34x83) average during the streak...Reno's Tony Abreu hit safely in 24 straight games June 4-July 6, the longest streak in the PCL in 2011...The PCL record for consecutive games batted safely in a single season is 61 by Joe DiMaggio of San Francisco May 28-July 25, 1933...

RedHawks Additions- P Jeff Fulchino has been optioned to OKC from Houston, marking his second stint with the RedHawks...Wesley Wright was recently recalled to Houston in his spot... In addition P Jordan Lyles has been optioned to OKC from Houston, and will finish the season in relief...Lyles is not active on the RedHawks roster until his arrival with the team...

Wallace, Johnson Since Option-- Brett Wallace was 0x2 yesterday, falling to .354 (23x65) with 13 RBI in an Oklahoma City uniform over 18 games...Only five of the 23 hits are for extra bases from Wallace, all five doubles...Chris Johnson was 1x3 last night, improving to .279 (12x43) with one home run and eight RBI with Oklahoma City...

Hit Me You Can't Hurt Me-- RedHawks catcher J.R. Towles has collected 11 hit-by-pitches in 29 games with Oklahoma City, the team high for 2011...The PCL high for hit-by-pitches is 16 by Joe Thurston of New Orleans...Thurston has played in 114 games with the Zephyrs...

Double Play Defense-- The Oklahoma City RedHawks lead the Pacific Coast League lead with 156 double plays...The next-closest team is Salt Lake with 154 double plays...Iowa is last in the PCL with 100 twin-killings...
