Today's Game: The RedHawks conclude their four-game series, as well as their season series, with Nashville at 7:05 p.m. at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Nashville leads the current series, 2-1, while the RedHawks have a 10-5 edge in the season series.

Last Game: Nashville took the lead in the third inning and never trailed in a 6-1 win against the RedHawks Wednesday. The Sounds outhit the RedHawks, 12-6, led by Blake Lalli, who went 3-for-4. Nashville starting pitcher Alfredo Figaro (1-0) held the RedHawks to one run and four hits over five innings in the win. A two-run single by Eugenio Velez put Nashville ahead, 2-0, in the top of the third. Down 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth, the RedHawks scored their only run of the night on a wild pitch. The Sounds notched the final three runs of the game, including two on three straight hits with two outs in the seventh. Oklahoma City starting pitcher Asher Wojciechowski (9-7) was charged with his first loss at home, allowing three runs and six hits in 4.2 innings.

Today's Probable Pitcher: Bobby Doran makes his eighth start with the RedHawks tonight, trying for his third win in as many starts...Doran improved to 3-0 with his last start Saturday in Round Rock. He completed a third straight quality start, allowing three runs and six hits over six innings...All three runs scored on solo homers, marking the first time in his career he surrendered that many dingers in a game. He had not allowed more than one homer in a game in over a year (Aug. 10, 2012)...Over his last three starts he is 2-0 with a 2.84 ERA and is holding opponents to a .182 average...He has 11 total victories this season between the RedHawks and Double-A Corpus Christi, giving him back-to-back seasons with double digit wins...His last outing also resulted in the 30th victory of his professional career...He has left all eight of his starts with OKC with the team in the lead...Doran spent most of this season with Double-A Corpus Christi, pitching in 23 games and starting 13. With the Hooks he was 8-2 with a 3.26 ERA and 69 strikeouts in 94.0 IP. At the time of his promotion, his ERA and 1.17 WHIP each ranked sixth in the Texas League.

Crown 'Em: On Tuesday night, the RedHawks clinched their first PCL division title since 2010 and their seventh division championship since joining the league in 1998. OKC will play the winner of the American Northern Division in a best-of-five series, starting Sept. 4-5 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Omaha, Memphis and Iowa are separated by just three games in the American Northern standings.

80's Night?: The RedHawks are currently tied with Las Vegas for the best record in the PCL. Their 79 wins are the most by an Oklahoma City team since 2005, and they have a chance tonight to become just the fourth squad in team history to reach at least 80 wins (1999 - 83; 2004 - 81; 2005 - 80). They also own the best home record in the PCL at 44-24.

The Quest for 40/40: George Springer had a well-deserved day off Wednesday and needs to hit three home runs over the final five games to become the first Minor League player with a 40/40 season since Len Tucker of the unaffiliated Class B Pampa Oilers in 1956 (51 HR/47 SB). He leads the Minors with 37 homers (Triple-A and Double-A combined) and owns a two home run lead over Javier Baez of the Tennessee Smokies (Double-A, Chicago Cubs) for the MiLB Joe Baumann Home Run Award. He has 43 stolen bases and has joined Ruben Rivera and Darryl Strawberry as the only minor leaguers over the past 40 years with at least 30 home runs and 40 stolen bases in the same season. He has collected 106 RBI (tied for second in the Minors) and scored 104 runs (tied for fourth in the Minors) overall this season, making him the only player currently in affiliated baseball (Majors or Minors) to have 100 of each. Including the two games he missed to participate in the Futures Game in mid-July, the RedHawks are 0-3 when Springer does not play.

Amador's Arrival: Japhet Amador has hit safely in each of his first five games, going 9-for-21 (.429) with two RBI. The Astros recently signed Amador from the Mexican League, where he hit .368 with 22 doubles, 36 home runs, 121 RBI and a .419 OBP in 104 games for the Diablos Rojos this season. Amador led the Mexican League in RBI, ranked second in homers and third in total bases (277).

Back to Back-to-Back?: The RedHawks have hit back-to-back homers twice this season, and both instances were against tonight's opposing pitcher, Aaron Laffey, when he played for Albuquerque. Brandon Laird hit the first home run each time (with Fernando Martinez June 1 in Albuquerque; with George Springer July 1 in OKC).

Fantastic Fourth: It should come as no surprise the RedHawks' only run scored in the fourth inning last night. It was the 100th time they've scored in the fourth inning this season, easily their highest-scoring inning of 2013.

Hits in Heaps: The RedHawks have dropped three of the last four games, and during the four-game stretch, opponents have collected at least 12 hits three times and are batting .324 (48x148). OKC's 1,165 hits allowed this season is second-least in the PCL.

Closing Bell: Oklahoma City is 22-12 overall in series finales this season, including 14-2 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
