OTTAWA - The Ottawa REDBLACKS have added three new players to the roster, the team announced Monday. Coming to Ottawa are three Americans and first-time REDBLACKS including linebacker D'Juan Hines, receiver Terry Williams and offensive lineman Joshua Dunlop.
American linebacker D'Juan Hines
Hines recorded 171 tackles, including eight for a loss, an interception, three pass deflections and three forced fumbles in 48 games with Houston. As an undrafted free agent, spent time with the Los Angeles Chargers, Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs from 2018-2020, suiting up for eight games with the Browns in 2018. Played for the New York Guardians in 2020 after being drafted in the sixth round of the XFL Draft.

American receiver Terry Williams
Williams had 125 receptions for 1,317 yards and six touchdowns in 23 games at Tennessee-Martin. He also had 27 kickoff returns for 514 yards and 40 punt returns for 608 yards and two touchdowns, part of his 2,519 all-purpose yards for the school. Prior to that, he had 145 receptions for 2,005 yards, 13 touchdowns and 191 yards and a touchdown on nine kickoff returns while at Itawamba from 2016-2017.

American offensive lineman Joshua Dunlop
The Communications major and Indiana native was signed by the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2020. Dunlop started all 12 games at right tackle during his senior year in 2019, earning an All-Conference USA honorable mention. Played a key role on an offensive line that saw Texas-San Antonio post 4,139 yards of offense, including 1,950 yards on the ground and 2,189 in the air.
