Red Wings, Bisons Postponed Friday

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bisons announced that today's scheduled game against the Rochester Red Wings at Coca-Cola Field has been postponed due to high winds and unsafe playing conditions.

Because of the persistently strong winds in the downtown Buffalo area and the gusts that exceed levels of guaranteeing the safety of both players and fans, today's game has been postponed.

Today's postponement will be made up in a single-admission doubleheader, Friday, May 29 with the first of two seven-inning games beginning at 5:35 p.m.

Taylor Rogers, who was scheduled to pitch on Friday for the Red Wings, will start the home opener tomorrow at 1:35 p.m.
