RED DEER - Red Deer Rebels Owner, President and General Manager Brent Sutter announced on Tuesday that the club has completed a trade with the Victoria Royals.
The Rebels have traded forward Escalus Burlock ('06) to the Royals in exchange for a 7th round selection at the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft.
Red Deer selected Burlock in round seven, 135th overall at the 2021 WHL Prospects Draft. The Edmonton, AB native played in eight games with the Rebels during the 2022-23 season, scoring one goal.
