The Stingrays were back on the road last week as the Team traveled down to Estero, FL to take on the Everblades. With back-to-back games on Friday and Saturday, the Stingrays finished the weekend 2-0-0 to extend their winning streak to six.

ECHL Leaders:

Travis Morin is 9th in the league in scoring with 45 points (19g-26a) in 38 games. Morin also leads the league with his four short-handed goals.

Grant McNeill leads the league in minor penalties with 44 in 33 games. His 133 penalty minutes is first among defensemen and his nine major penalties ranks him 2nd.

In goalie news, Davis Parley moves up to 4th among goalies with a 2.17 goals-against average. Josh Johnson is tied for fifth with his 15 wins.

Among rookies, the Stingrays have two of the top-20 point scorers. Travis Morin is 4th with 45 points, and Pierre-Luc O'Brien's 37 points places him 11th. Morin's 19 goals also places him 5th and O'Brien's 30 assists ranks him 3rd.

The Stingrays have sole possession of 2nd place in the South Division, two points ahead of Gwinnett and are 4th in the American Conference.

The Stingrays are 8th in the power play, converting 19.8% of the time, and 11th in the penalty kill, successful 84% of the time.
