Ray Liotta to throw out first pitch tomorrow

Isotopes Park will be a Field of Dreams tomorrow as actor Ray Liotta, who played Shoeless Joe Jackson in the classic baseball movie, will throw out the first pitch before the Isotopes take on the Memphis Redbirds, Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Liotta, who also gained acclaim starring in Good Fellas, is in the state filming Observe and Report, a comedy also starring Seth Rogan.

Albuquerque continues its homestand tomorrow by welcoming in the Memphis Redbirds, Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. The Zooperstars will also be making an appearance tomorrow while on Sunday, the Isotopes will hold their annual Breast Cancer Awareness night by donning pink jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game with proceeds benefiting Susan G.
