Rattlers Select Brandon Moore in Dispersal Draft

Phoenix, AZ - The Arizona Rattlers selected OL/DL Brandon Moore from the Carolina Cobras in today's Dispersal Draft. Arizona owned the 16th pick in the draft, which consisted of players from the rosters of Carolina, Detroit, and Indiana. Moore has seen time with the New York Jets, having spent part of two seasons on their Practice Squad.
The 6'3", 295 pound Moore attended the University of Illinois, where he was a standout defensive lineman. He recorded 155 tackles and 13 sacks in his 46 games with the Illini, and was named All-Big Ten his senior season. He appeared in one game for the Cobras in 2003, and also played for the Scottish Claymores in NFL Europe that year.
