
Rashad Jeanty earns CFL Lineman of the Week honours

(Edmonton) The accolades are rolling in after Edmonton's 41-16 victory over the Ottawa Renegades last Friday. Defensive lineman Rashad Jeanty has been named CFL Lineman of the Week for Week 1.
Jeanty earned the award after his three-sack performance in addition to causing havoc in the Ottawa backfield for the majority of the game. Jeanty also recorded a special teams tackle.
The Eskimos travel to Winnipeg to take on the Blue Bombers on Thursday, June 30 at 7:30 pm (local). The next Eskimo home game is Friday, July 15 versus the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at 7:00 pm.
