THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Friday, Feb. 24 at Peoria Rivermen

Carver Arena, 7:00 p.m.

The Rampage travel to Peoria on Friday for the first contest of a back-to-back set with the Rivermen. The Rivermen enter the week with a mark of 28-22-2-1 and are tied with the Rampage and the Abbotsford Heat for the last three playoff spots in the Western Conference.

Saturday, Feb. 25 at Peoria Rivermen

Carver Arena, 7:30 p.m.

San Antonio and Peoria square off once again on Saturday night at Carver Arena. The Rampage, who have won their last two games against the Rivermen, are 2-1-0-0 versus Peoria this season.

Sunday, Feb. 26 at Milwaukee Admirals

Bradley Center, 3:00 p.m.

The Rampage head to Milwaukee on Sunday to conclude their three-in-three weekend with a matchup against the Admirals. Milwaukee, 26-22-2-1 on the year, is currently in 10th place in the Western Conference with 55 points.

The Rampage have hit the road for their 10th annual Rodeo road trip. They will play 11 games in 23 days on the road, including three sets of three-in-three series. They will visit nine cities and cover 7,310 miles returning to the Alamo City twice during the four-week trek. Their best Rodeo road trip came during the 2007-08 season with 18 points (7-3-1-3). Bill Thomas and Sean Sullivan were both apart of that team, which eventually became the second playoff club in franchise history. San Antonio is 50-51-5-11 all-time during their annual winter excursion and is 4-2-0-1 through the first seven games of this year's trip.

RAMPAGE RELY ON REPIK AND THOMAS: San Antonio has received a total of 10 goals from forwards Michal Repik and Bill Thomas in the team's first seven games of their Rodeo road trip.

Repik has accumulated five goals and an assist during that span while Thomas has posted five goals and three helpers.

MARKSTROM RETURNS: Goaltender Jacob Markstrom's appearance against the Texas Stars this past weekend marked the first time he was in net for San Antonio since Dec. 31, 2011. He made 34 stops on 37 Stars shots in the Rampage's 4-2 loss on Saturday.

MATSUMOTO AND CULLEN LEND A HAND: Rampage centers Jon Matsumoto and Mark Cullen have both been dishing out their share of assists lately. Matsumoto has posted eight assists in his last eight games while Cullen has registered five assists in his last six contests.

YONKMAN GETS THE CALL: San Antonio team captain Nolan Yonkman joined the Florida Panthers this weekend after receiving his first NHL recall of the season on Saturday. The 11-year veteran defenseman played 6:19 in Florida's 2-0 defeat to the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday.

A GOOD OMEN: Prior to the Rampage's 4-2 loss at Texas on Saturday, San Antonio had won their last 11 games when scoring at least one power-play goal.

ICE CHIPS: Keith Seabrook - Defenseman

Defenseman Keith Seabrook notched an assist on Michal Repik's game-winning goal against the Oklahoma City Barons on Sunday for his fifth point in his last six games. Seabrook has potted two goals and three assists in that span to give him totals of three goals and nine helpers during the 2011-12 campaign.

The 23-year-old Delta, British Columbia native was originally selected by the Washington Capitals in the second round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. Seabrook has posted 18 goals and 45 assists in 179 games during his three-year AHL career.
