Rampage Recall Wacey Rabbit

SAN ANTONIO (October 26, 2011) - San Antonio Rampage General Manager Mike Santos announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has recalled center Wacey Rabbit from their ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Rabbit, 25, has appeared two games with the Rampage this season. The Lethbridge, Alberta native leads the Cyclones with four assists in three games with Cincinnati this season. Rabbit has recorded 34 goals and 47 assists in 240 career AHL games with Milwaukee (2009-10), Providence (2006-09) and San Antonio (2011-12). He has appeared in 23 AHL playoff games contributing five goals and two assists (2008-10).

The Rampage will return to the ice this Friday, Oct. 28 to host the Houston Aeros at 7 p.m. Friday's game features a KZEP Dollar Drink Night and an OVERTIME performance.
