The Rampage enter tonight with five games remaining before the close of the 2005-06 regular season and begin their last road trip of the season against the Houston Aeros tonight at the Toyota Center ... All but one game (Apr. 14 @ Grand Rapids) will be against their West Division rivals ...The Phoenix Coyotes' affiliate currently hold a 17-34-1-2 record against other West Division teams and rank 7th in the West Division with 50 points-being mathematically eliminated from post-season play for the third straight year.
Against Houston: The Rampage play their 12th and final game series against the Houston Aeros tonight ... The Rampage have won the last three meetings including back-to-back shutouts on Mar. 18-19, outscoring the Aeros 8-2 in those three wins ... The Rampage are 4-5-1-1 against the Minnesota Wild affiliate this season heading into tonight's game ... The Rampage trail the 2nd ranked West Division Aeros by 48 points as Houston currently holds a 46-23-3-3 record, ranking 2nd in the division and and tied for 3rd in the Western Conference.
