Rampage Announce Opening Night Roster

San Antonio Rampage News Release


SAN ANTONIO (October 11, 2012) - The San Antonio Rampage open their 11th season Saturday night with 26 players on their roster, including 15 forwards, eight defensemen and three goaltenders. The Rampage will host the Texas Stars at 7 p.m. at the AT&T Center.

The Rampage will begin the season with 14 returning players from last year's squad, along with 11 rookies. This year's Opening Night roster has a combined experience of 3,626 American Hockey League games and 468 National Hockey League games.

The Rampage, the Florida Panthers' top affiliate, open the 2012-13 season with the following players:

The first 5,000 fans through the doors on Saturday will receive an exclusive 2012-13 Rampage schedule magnet. In addition, Saturday is KZEP Dollar Drink Night where fans can enjoy $1 beer and sodas. Following the game, an Overtime performance from Adam Johnson, a blues performer from San Marcos, TX, will take place in the Bud Light Courtyard, presented by Sam's Burger Joint.
