GARY, IN - Friday night's game between the Gary SouthShore RailCats and Lincoln Saltdogs has been postponed due to rain.

The teams will play a doubleheader at 6:10 p.m. Saturday, consisting of two seven-inning games with a 30-minute break in between the contests.

Tickets to Saturday's game are good for both games of the doubleheader, and anyone with a ticket to the rained out game may redeem his or her ticket at the box office for any other game for the rest of the season. All East Chicago, Hammond, and Highland community night vouchers will be redeemable on Sunday, June 28th at 2:10pm.

Saturday will be INFEAT Autism Night at the U.S. Steel Yard, and the RailCats will wear special puzzle piece jerseys, which will be auctioned off during the game to benefit INFEAT's autism programs.

There will also be a walk and 5K prior to the game Saturday. INFEAT's annual walk and 5K will include bounce houses, face painting, a resource fair with kids' activities, kids run the bases with Rusty, and raffles to support autism awareness. Festivities for the annual event will start at 1 p.m. and the 5K will start at 3:30 p.m.

Admission starts at $10 for the individual or family walk and includes admission to the games that night. The cost of the 5K is $35 and includes all the same benefits and a 5K t-shirt. Participants can register for the event at www.signmeup.com/106870.

Following the game, there will be a Fifth Third Bank fireworks show to make up for Friday's postponement.
