Raiders Join Goals for Education Lottery

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - The Western Hockey League's Prince Albert Raiders are pleased to announce their organization will be joining the Swift Current Broncos and Moose Jaw Warriors for the 4th Annual Goals for Education Lottery. Raider fans and supporters can now join those of the Broncos and Warriors in this lottery with a Grand Prize of $100,000 cash or the winners' choice of two premium General Motors or Ford vehicles!

In total 50 prizes will be awarded in the lottery with total value $150,000 in cash and prizes. Only 3750 tickets are being sold starting today. There will be a Previous Buyers Draw January 19th, a First Time Buyers Draw and an Early Bird Draw February 16th with the final draws March 15th. All prize draws will be made during home games of the teams participating.

The Goals for Education Lottery is a Saskatchewan based fundraising initiative managed by the Broncos, Warriors and Raiders. As part of their commitment to their players, the three organizations have paid out a total of nearly $1 million in scholarships to former players of their organizations over the past 5 years through their respective Players Education Funds.

All proceeds from the 4th Annual Goals for Education Lottery will be split evenly among the three Western Hockey League teams for their Education Funds.
