
Rafters Postponed After Rain Falls at Warner Park

Madison, WI-. Due to inclement weather in the Madison area, the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and Madison Mallards game was postponed on Wednesday evening. The two teams will make up the contest on June 24 at 7:05 p.m. The date was a mutual off-day for both clubs.
The Rafters and Mallards will resume their yearly series tomorrow when the series shifts towards Witter Field for a 7:05 p.m. first pitch. The Mallards have claimed the first two games against the Rafters with the most meeting on June 5.
Fans can listen to tomorrow's broadcast on WFHR AM 1320 with the pregame show beginning at 6:50 p.m.
The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are members of the 16-team summer collegiate Northwoods League. The Rafters will play a 70 game schedule with 35 home games in 2013. Available quantities of all promotional giveaways will vary from event to event and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
