Rafters Open Four-Game Homestand against Booyah

Fond du Lac, Wis. - Coming off their second scheduled off day of the season, the first-place Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (15-9) begin a critical series with divisional rival Green Bay Booyah (13-11) on Tuesday.

With just two games separating the two teams in the Great Lakes West Division standings, the Rafters have an opportunity to create distance and cement their spot in the standings with just 12 games remaining in the regular season.

Wisconsin Rapids is 8-2 against Green Bay this season, with the Rafters taking the last meeting 7-3 on July 23. The Booyah are currently tied with the Lakeshore Chinooks for second place in the division.

Matt Osterberg gets the nod for Rapids in his ninth start of the season. The all-star pitcher holds a 5-2 record and a 3.25 ERA this summer. For Green Bay, right-hander Victor Santana will start with a 1-0 record and 4.29 ERA.

Wisconsin Rapids closes the series with Green Bay on Wednesday at Historic Witter Field, featuring a special appearance by Tyler's Amazing Balancing Act. The Rafters close the four-game homestand with two games against Kokomo.
