
Rachel Banham Injury Update

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx today announced the following injury report on guard Rachel Banham who suffered a right-hand injury in the game against the Las Vegas Aces on July 9.
A surgical consultation conducted by hand surgeon Sanjeev Kakar, MD, at Mayo Clinic in Rochester confirmed that Banham has a right thumb fracture and created a plan of care that will be treated non-operatively. She will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks and further updates will be issued when available.
Through the first 20 games of the season, Banham has averaged 5.5 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 14.5 minutes per game.
