
Profar Propels Riders to 10-Inning Win in Midland

MIDLAND, Texas - Powered by a three-RBI day from Juremi Profar, the RoughRiders capped a series win in Midland Sunday with a 7-5, 10-inning win over the RockHounds.
SYNOPSIS
* Profar put the Riders ahead for good with an RBI double in the top of the 10th. He had previously given the club the lead in the eighth on a sac fly before Midland re-tied the game to force extras.
* The Riders tacked on insurance runs in the 10th thanks to RBI singles from Eliezer Alvarez and Andretty Cordero.
* Relievers James Jones, Blake Bass and Walker Weickel combined to allow one earned run on three hits in 3 2/3 innings to help seal the win.

NEWS AND NOTES
* Frisco improved to 3-1 in extra innings with Sunday's win.
* The Riders have won four of their first five road series this year and are 12-7 overall away from Dr Pepper Ballpark.
* Weickel struck out the side in the 10th to log his first-career save.
* Michael De Leon went 3-for-5 Sunday and finished the four-game set 9-for-17 with four doubles.
