Prince George Cougars Trade Bruin McDonald to Spokane

Prince George, BC - Prince George Cougars General Manager Dallas Thompson announced Tuesday the Cougars have traded 18-year old defenceman Bruin McDonald to the Spokane Chiefs. The Cougars receive a conditional sixth round pick in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft.

McDonald was selected in the seventh round, 142nd overall by the Cougars in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft. In 107 regular season games with the Cougars, McDonald scored three goals and added seven assists for 10 points, while compiling 71 penalty minutes.
